Selami E. Uras serves as Executive Vice President - Turkey of the Company. From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Uras served as our resident representative / manager in Turkey. Prior to joining us in 2006, Mr. Uras served as the resident general manager of ARCO Oil and Gas Company in Turkey for fifteen years. Mr. Uras began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1980 at Geophysical Services Inc., a subsidiary of Texas Instruments Corporation. Mr. Uras is also a successful entrepreneur in certain other industries, including mining. Mr. Uras graduated from TED Ankara College in 1976 and earned his CPA certificate from The Faculty of Economical & Commercial Sciences in Ankara in 1980.
